Rotary Disc Type: Adjustable Thickness for Multi-Product Workshops

This model feeds material into a rotating knife basin. Centrifugal force holds the cloves against the disc, and a high-speed blade cuts them into round slices. A copper column and nut mechanism adjusts thickness from 2 mm to 12 mm without tools.

This ginger slicer machine configuration fits processors who slice garlic, ginger, lotus root, and potatoes in one shift. A built-in water inlet wets the blade during cutting, which prevents slice breakage and keeps the surface color of sensitive materials.

Centrifugal Type: Full-Length Slices on Single-Phase Power

How to Use Garlic Slicing Machine?
