How does the automatic pomegranate juice machine work?
After the pomegranate seeds are added into the hopper, they are under the advancement and extrusion of the screw shaft. Then, the squeezed pomegranate juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, and the slag is discharged through the annular space formed between the screw shaft and the conical part of the pressure regulating head.
The pressure regulating head can adjust the size of the gap to adjust the resistance of slag discharge, which can change the slag yield. The gap size of the pressure regulating head should be determined according to the technological requirements of the processed fruits and vegetables.
The gap between the pressing screw and the tap ring is controlled by the adjusting handwheel. It adjusts the slag thickness and slag volume according to the predetermined process requirements. When the handwheel is reversed, the slag is thin, and when the handwheel is turned forward, the slag is thick.
How does electric pomegranate juice machine make outstanding pressing force?
The screw juicer uses the change of the volume in the squeeze chamber to produce a strong extrusion force on the material to separate the juice. This squeezing force mainly comes from two aspects.
1. Compression force. The main working part of the automatic pomegranate juice machine is a variable pitch screw. The pitch increases, and the root diameter increases in turn. Therefore, the volume of the squeezing chamber formed by the squeezing screw and the squeezing cage becomes smaller in turn, so that the pressure on the material in the process of moving forward in the axial direction is increasing.
2. Resistance. Resistance includes slag resistance and friction resistance. The tap resistance depends on the clearance of the tap ring of the pomegranate juice making machine. The gap is large, the pressure is small, and the juice yield is low; the gap is small, the pressure is large, and the juice yield is high. The frictional resistance includes the frictional force between the material and the pressing rod and the pressing screw, and the frictional force generated by the material itself due to the different propulsion speed.
