Machine installation, operation and maintenance
- Place the screw juicer horizontally on the ground and fix it with screws.
- When starting the equipment, adjust the indenter to maximize the annular gap, and then the gap gradually decreases. After reaching the technological requirements, use the brake to fix the position of the handwheel bearing seat.
- Maintain uniform feeding, and strictly prohibit hard substances from entering the hopper to avoid damage to the screen.
- After each work, you must use water and a brush to scrub the filter.
- Replace the bearings regularly and add clean grease. The normal use temperature of the bearing should be less than 75 degrees.
