In 2025, a vegetable processing factory in Mauritius planned to upgrade its potato pre-processing capacity to improve cleaning efficiency and product consistency. The factory mainly supplies cleaned fresh potatoes to local supermarkets and food service clients. Due to the high soil content on raw potatoes, the customer required a reliable washing and peeling solution with stable performance and easy maintenance.

The customer processes fresh potatoes with heavy soil contamination and has a daily processing target of approximately 5 tons. During communication, the customer focused on the following key points:

- Availability of extra spare parts for future maintenance and replacement

Based on the customer’s raw material characteristics and production capacity, Shuliy recommended the SL-2000 potato washing and peeling machine. This model uses a rotating brush cleaning and peeling structure and is widely applied in vegetable processing plants for root vegetables such as potatoes.

According to the customer’s request, additional spare parts such as brushes and related components can be supplied together with the machine to reduce downtime during future maintenance.
Project Result
After confirming the machine configuration, production capacity, and spare-parts support plan, the customer finalized the purchase of the TZ-2000 potato washing and peeling machine. The equipment has been manufactured and successfully delivered, and it is now used as part of the customer’s potato washing and peeling process, ensuring stable and efficient daily production.
