The ordinary fruit juice production process is fruit washing, screening, beating, sterilizing, filling, and other processes.

1. Use a fruit and vegetable washing machine to clean the fruits to remove impurities and stems.
2. Manually pick out bad fruits and choose high-quality fruits for beating.
3. Use a fruit beater to beat the fruit. The unique structure of mango requires the use of a mango pulping machine for beating. The beating machine has a variety of screen aperture options, and customers can choose according to the needs of the juice produced.
4. Dedicated juice sterilizers include tubular sterilizer and casing sterilizer. If there are strict requirements on the quality of the juice, these two sterilizations can be used.
